Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

If you wish to ship internationally, we suggest, ordering and shipping the product to a U.S. PayPal confirmed address first. Then, from the U.S. PayPal confirmed address, you would have to ship the product from that address to your desired country.

Our standard/priority shipping takes an estimated 2-3 business days. Our express shipping takes an estimated 1-2 business days.

If you place an order before 5 pm PST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

When you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Unfortunately, at this time we have a system delay that may show currently out of stock items, but we make sure to let you know when we aren’t able to ship something out. The turn around time for bundles is usually about 2-3 business days and for wigs it is usually about 5-7 business days.
